As part of the Human Resources team, you will be focused on managing employee development workshops across the country.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Bid, negotiate, and contract for event space and other onsite services with vendors. -
Managing authority to make significant monetary decisions regarding all levels of events. -
Create, build, and execute business processes complementary to event coordination. -
Manage training deployment including maintaining a training calendar, managing the scheduling process, and supporting day-of delivery of classes both in-person and virtually. -
Develop, manage, and execute the strategy for event communications. -
Manage the ordering, storage, packing and shipping of training supplies, printing and assembling of training materials. -
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in business, hospitality, or equivalent work experience. -
Preferred 2 years of experience in event management or equivalent. -
Working knowledge and administration of Workday Learning is preferred. -
Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, To Do, Excel and PowerPoint. -
Exceptional organizational skills. -
High level of attention to detail. -
Capacity to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. -
Ability to travel 10% of the time, and work hours mandated by management. -
Strong organizational skills, project management, and detail orientated. -
Pass a drug test.
