Position Title: Production Wage: $17.00/Hour Shifts/Hours: 1st - Bun Production 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM ( Sunday - Thursday ) 2nd- Bun Production 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM ( Sunday - Thursday ) 3rd - Bun Production 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM ( Sunday - Thursday ) 1st - Bread Production 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM ( Sunday - Thursday ) 2nd - Bread Production 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ( Sunday - Thursday ) 3rd - Bread Production 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM ( Sunday - Thursday ) QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production for a company in Manitowoc WI. Production Responsibilities: - Load conveyor belts by placing pans of unbaked breads or buns from racks to lines to be taken to ovens - Remove pans from lines and space them out on lines - Assure quality in the end result - Use of scraper to clean out machines if excess dough - Inspection of finished products - Push racks/carts to sauna to get ready to be sent to bake - Making sure lines are running correctly, that bread/buns are not being damaged while coming out of pans - Contribute to team efforts and assist as needed - General cleaning of work area - Package finished products - Inspect finished products - Space bread or buns out on conveyor lines for product to be packaged - Count products in the packaged bags - Place packaged buns or bread trays or boxes - Contribute to team efforts and assist as needed - General cleaning of work area Requirements for Production: - Ability to count bread and buns while racking - Ability to push bread/bun trays - Ability to lift 15lbs repetitively - Ability to occasionally lift or push 50lbs - Ability to operate hoist to help - Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed - High School Diploma preferred - Experience in production is desired - Must have strong math skills - Must be able to read and write English QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
