What You'll Do
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
- Prepares and analyzes financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Develops financial models to forecast business performance and identify trends.
- Conducts variance analysis to compare actual performance against financial budgets and forecasts to identify and troubleshoot differences and recommend adjustments or improvements.
- Interprets financial data and provides actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.
- Assesses the financial viability of new projects and provides recommendations.
- Monitors and reports on the performance of existing investments.
- Assists in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborates with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Department Leaders to ensure budget alignment with strategic goals and updates forecasts based on changing business conditions.
- Works closely with the finance team and other departments to gather and analyze financial information.
- Presents findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides financial training and support for other team members as needed.
- Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
- Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or other related field and 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 4+ years of Finance or Accounting experience is required.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills are required.
- Oracle experience is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience with data analytics, forecasting, developing financial models and budgets is required.
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

Compensation
Salary Range: $100,600.00 - $120,000.00. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus.
