Job Description: SeekingChargeRN!Part-Time, Nights Baptist Health Floyd, Cardiovascular Unit -CVU - Cardiovascular ICUSouthern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky areaTheCharge Nurse will function as the resource nurse for the department.The charge nurse will assume responsibility for the function of the department in the absence of the nurse manager.The charge nurse will determine needed staffing fluctuations during shifts, respond to departmental concerns, address immediate staff issues, facilitates daily department job duties, and coordinate patient flow.
