DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will assist in production of mail processing with mail inserting equipment, specifically the Quadient Automated Insertion Management System (AIMS) and postage meters. Your responsibilities will also encompass the handling of service requests for equipment and office supplies. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various equipment and furniture, which involves utilizing hand and power tools for servicing and fabricating parts when they are not readily available. Maintaining the cleanliness of the machines, as well as the surrounding areas, is essential. You will be responsible for making service calls related to inserting equipment and performing changeovers on the AIMS machines to meet output requirements.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience in the repair or maintenance of mechanized office equipment; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
