Therapist - Co-Responder AllHealth Network is currently looking for qualified licensed Therapist to join our team of passionate behavioral health service professionals on our team as Co-Responders alongside the Greenwood Village Colorado Police Department. As a team we strive every day to nurture growth and recovery by caring for each other, our clients, and our future. Job Description: Therapist - Co-Responder Our Forensics Team, working in tandem with law-enforcement officials to provide responsive outreach services for members of our community who may be struggling with mental health or substance abuse. The Co-Responder is embedded with a local police department and will respond with officers to 9-1-1 calls for citizens who appear to have a mental health or substance use concern, assisting in de-escalation, assessing for safety and evaluating for higher level of care, risk and needs (housing, food, medications, psychiatric services, medical issues etc.) with the goal of crisis stabilization.
Qualifications:
Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance. Shift/Location: Full-time position Four 10-hour days each week, with some flexibility around exact hours Primary base of operations is in a local Police Department: Greenwood Village Colorado Police Department Pay Rate: $32-36/hr $4/hr shift differential for hours worked between 5pm and 7am. We also offer a bilingual bonus of 10% per hour for individuals who can substantiate Spanish language proficiency. $5,000 increase for LAC The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
