Pay: $25-$27/hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday | 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

As a Laser Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process by operating and maintaining laser cutting machines for precise and efficient output.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating fiber/oxygen laser machines to cut and shape materials
• Pulling programs and nesting materials for optimal cutting efficiency
• Monitoring and adjusting machine settings for consistent quality
• Inspecting finished products for accuracy and compliance
• Performing routine maintenance on laser machines
• Troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments
• Handling and storing materials properly to prevent damage
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and targets
• Reporting malfunctions or production issues to supervisors

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience operating Cincinnati Laser machines (fiber/oxygen)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
