As a Enterprise Applications Analyst, you will develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture model aligning with the enterprise goals, collaborate with other business & IT teams as a transformation partner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
* Design, customize, configure, and test solutions within the SAP FICO module, ensuring seamless integration with other modules such as PP, MM, SD and Workflow.
* Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP FICO, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and user training.
* Provide expert functional support and guidance to business users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents.
* Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements and optimizations, leveraging SAP best practices.
* Develop and maintain functional specifications, system documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for FICO processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A and other SAP module experts, to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing system support.
* Play a key role in Supermicro's S/4HANA transition, including system conversion, data migration, and new functionality implementation.
* Configure and maintain key controls within the SAP system to ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards, including SOX.
* Act as a liaison between the finance team and auditors during audit processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in MIS or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and configuration.
* Expertise in core SAP FICO modules.
* Experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICO implementation and migration projects. At least 2+ full implementation cycle.
* Hands-on experience with key processes like accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), asset accounting, banking and controlling (cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, product cost, profitability analysis).
* Proficient in configuring SAP FICO modules and understanding integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
* Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP Fiori, SAP BW, or other BI tools.
* Expertise in performing system testing and user training for SAP FICO.
* Experience with SAP integration with third-party applications (Vertex, Blackline, Workday).
* Strong background in SAP FICO troubleshooting, user support, and continuous improvement processes.
* Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams for custom developments.
* Knowledge of financial accounting principles and SAP best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a team and independently.
* Willing to travel when required. Certifications
* SAP FICO certification.
* Certification in SAP S/4HANA (optional but valuable).
Salary Range
$90,000 - $120,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
