Utilize data analytics tools to explore data, identify key trends, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to create diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to transform client ideations and business requirements into effective data analytics visualizations to understand user profiles, competencies, and priorities. Provide User experience inputs to data analytics team on report, screen, and dashboard design. Iterate, prototype, and implement visualizations that meet clients' needs, considering composition, color, texture, and optimizing the depth and information density for the target user. Leverage visualization technology from data discovery and dashboard prototyping to productionize large scale visual analytics platform implementation, and perform tuning and optimization. Perform Statistical Natural Language Processing to mine unstructured data. Perform exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover trends and relationships. Analyze and model structured data and implement algorithms to support analysis using advanced statistical and mathematical methods.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Developing and utilizing data analytics tools to derive insights, KPIs, and metrics for visualizations; Utilizing ETL tools for visualizations, including Power BI, Alteryx, Informatica, SPSS, R, Python, Qlik, and Tableau Prep; Building, architecting, developing, and optimizing Big Data pipelines, architectures, and data sets; Data management and integration; Utilizing SQL, relational databases, and query authoring to perform data tasks; Utilizing cloud data technology, including Redshift, Snowflake, Azure DW, and BigQuery; and Architecting and analyzing data within a cloud environment.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: Command-line scripting, data structures, and algorithms; Analyzing and modeling structured data and implementing algorithms to support analysis using advanced statistical and mathematical methods from statistics, machine learning, data mining, econometrics, and operations research; and Time series models that are used for data sets.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 30%.

Travel to various international locations required up to 5%.
