Are you passionate about developing long-term relationships with your patients and providing team-based care?

Our Internal Medicine team at 426 Michigan Street is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice. The office is comprised of 4 physicians and 4 APPs. The clinic is open 7a-7p, Monday - Thursday and 7a-5p on Fridays.

Team-based care includes care management, psychology and clinical assistants. Additional services offered within the facility include a Walk in Clinic, Laboratory, Occupational Health and a Family Medicine office.

Qualifications

Physician Assistant:

• Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program

• LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan

• CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)

• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)

• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
