FTE: exempt, Shift: day, Schedule: days Position Summary The Supervisor of Professional Coding is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities performed by professional coding and risk adjustment coding teams to ensure accordance with MHS policies and standards and federal, state and local regulations. The Supervisor works closely with the vendor professional coding team to ensure complete, accurate, and timely billing of charges management of denials, and claim edits; oversees coding staff/coding vendor to complete accurate and timely billing of charges, management of denials, and claim edits; ensures maintenance and completion of compliance audits for the coding staff/coding vendor and provides coverage for the Manager of Coding, as needed.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $68,347.00 - $99,329.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
