Job Overview

TheRemarketing Sales Representativeis responsible for maintaining and developing out-of-territory sales relationships with Komatsu dealers, independent equipment sales brokers, and end users. This role involves selling used and out-of-warranty equipment within the assigned territory while ensuring effective remarketing strategies.

Key Job Responsibilities


  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and end users outside of the primary sales territory.



  • Sell used and out-of-warranty equipment, ensuring optimal value and customer satisfaction.



  • Evaluate and assign trade values to machines for Territory Manager sales opportunities.



  • Coordinate necessary service work for the used equipment fleet.



  • Conduct thorough machine inspections to assess quality and performance.



  • Purchase used equipment as needed to meet inventory requirements and market demands.



  • Travel up to 10% within the assigned territory for sales and inspection activities.



  • Ensure all inspection and sales activities are performed in a safe and compliant manner.



Qualifications/Requirements


  • Previous experience in equipment sales, remarketing, or a related field.



  • Strong knowledge of equipment trade values and market trends.



  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.



  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities efficiently.



  • Willingness to travel and conduct in-person inspections as needed.
