What you'll be doing...You will be a Verizon Project Management contact for a key Federal customer, interfacing at multiple levels to help to drive service implementation, issue resolution, project & program requirements, and service improvements. You'll be managing strategic Federal customer projects that will ultimately drive outstanding customer satisfaction for our customer. You'll bring together cross-functional teams across geographic regions to work together to implement service effectively and on time.

You have experience dealing professionally with key customers at frontline & management levels.
