Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 9 to 11 years of experience in IICS for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data integration solutions ensuring seamless data flow across various systems. This role requires a deep understanding of IICS and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration solutions using IICS to ensure seamless data flow across various systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain data integration workflows ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of data integration solutions ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies protecting sensitive information.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations to enhance data integration efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Document technical designs processes and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of IICS and its application in data integration.
• Have a strong background in designing and implementing data integration solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in data governance and security practices.
• Have experience in performance tuning and optimization of data integration processes.
• Be familiar with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies.

Certifications Required

Certified Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist or equivalent.

The annual salary for this position is between $[125,000 - 138,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
