Global Compliance
Our division prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm and helps to strengthen the firm's culture of compliance. Compliance accomplishes these through the firm's enterprise-wide compliance risk management program. As an independent control function and part of the firm's second line of defense, Compliance assesses the firm's compliance, regulatory and reputational risk; monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training; conducts independent testing; investigates, surveils and monitors for compliance risks and breaches; and leads the firm's responses to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries. You'll be part of a team with members from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, such as law, accounting, sales, and trading. We look for those who possess sound judgment, curiosity, and are able to adapt to a changing regulatory landscape.
Core Compliance
We are looking for an initiative-taking associate with excellent project management, organizational and communication skills to join the Core Compliance team in the Compliance Learning space. The role requires good attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership as you will contribute to building firmwide training courses and tracking metrics for senor stakeholders. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is flexible and open to a variety of tasks ranging from working in our learning management system, assisting with professional development workshops, managing evidence for audits, and assisting divisional and regional groups with creating and launching their training courses.

Job responsibilities:



  • Partner with divisional and regional learning teams to create, launch and track trainings aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Be data-savvy and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for improve operating efficiency.
  • Communicate key progress and opportunities for enhancements to team leaders and contribute to creating and launching new initiatives.
  • Work with learning vendors to manage project plans, review materials, prepare contracts and answer questions throughout the project.
  • Support the team in designing and hosting workshops for Compliance employees that develop their technical and leadership skills, as well as during key transitions, e.g. new role, promotion.
  • Create and manage reports required for periodic audits, bank exams or other regulator inquiries where training evidence is required.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, talent development, learning and development or consulting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deadlines.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies preferred.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred.
