Experience Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sketch Figma Adobe XD Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop. This role involves creating impactful user experiences and contributing to our company's success. The work model is hybrid with no travel required.

• Lead the design and development of user experiences that align with our companys goals and objectives.
• Oversee the creation of visually appealing and functional designs using Sketch Figma and Adobe XD.
• Provide expertise in Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals to ensure high-quality design outputs.
• Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance and refine design elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on design progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive catering to a diverse user base.

• Must have extensive experience with Sketch Figma and Adobe XD.
• Should possess strong knowledge of Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals.
• Must have expertise in Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in Investment Banking Operations Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
