Elevate your career by joining OpenText as a Value Engineer. In this role, you will help customers understand the business value of their investments in OpenText technologies. Your work will focus on improving business processes through OpenText's information management capabilities, with a special focus on strategic global accounts and high-potential enterprise opportunities.

You'll lead and support multiple engagements, conduct industry and account-specific research, facilitate virtual or onsite consulting sessions, identify and quantify business challenges, and develop TCO & ROI analyses. By delivering clear, compelling business cases, you will empower Account Executives to secure customer investment in OpenText solutions.

• Opportunity to work closely with experienced Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Cloud Architects

• Ownership in identifying business value drivers and shaping compelling value propositions

• Hands-on experience consulting with customers from operational teams to C-level executives

• A customer-facing role where you influence real investment decisions through data-driven insights

• The chance to build lasting relationships and be a trusted advisor within strategic accounts

• The ability to directly impact revenue growth and solution adoption across industries

• Experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or management consulting

• Proven ability to communicate business value at all sales cycle stages

• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify value drivers and assess customer business impact

• Skilled in conducting account research and translating findings into actionable strategies

• Strong consultative approach with excellent active listening and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable facilitating workshops and drawing out customer needs and challenges

• Understanding of organizational culture and its influence on strategy execution

• Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and business case metrics (IRR, NPV, ROI)

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, including a competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and participation in OpenText's comprehensive benefits package.
