Job Title: Field Support Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX 78215, Onsite

Duration: 4 months with possible extension


Job Description:

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:


  • supporting the corporate office
  • Working mostly independent but will have a virtual team of support as well


Resource's typical working day:

  • General desk top support
  • Hardware/software support
  • Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
  • Responding to tickets
  • Maintaining office technology
  • Front facing customer service
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
  • Backend office MS Office Support
  • MS Intune
  • Active Directory
  • Remote management
  • Incident Request Management
  • Resource's typical working day: General desk top support & Hardware/software support
  • Must Have Skills: Good technical skills, Good customer service
  • Nice to have skills: banking or law firm support work experience with Apple or iOS , Adobe Acrobat
  • Years of Experience:5+ years
  • Education bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
  • Software skills: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite



Pre Screening Questions:

  • 1st round technical interview - phone
  • 2nd round culture interview with HM - teams
  • 3rd round with office leadership - onsite
