About the Role: The Training Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the execution of Subway's training programs by managing logistics, scheduling, material branding, learning systems, surveys & feedback. This role primarily focuses on the coordination and scheduling logistics of all key training & onboarding for franchisees, field team, operations team as they enter the Subway brand as well as ongoing learning. It ensures the smooth delivery of both in-person and virtual training experiences, while maintaining content within the University of Subway and providing essential coordination for ongoing development initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the scheduling, enrollment, and communication for incoming franchisees, field & operations teams across training programs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience into the Subway brand. Additionally manage & schedule general Subway store experience training for all new Subway HQ employees."
Provide administrative and operational support for both in-person and virtual training sessions, including materials preparation, calendar management, and learner communication."
Update and manage training content within the University of Subway LMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date resources are available for learners and trainers."
Collaborate with training teams and cross-functional partners to support the planning and execution of ongoing development initiatives for franchisees and field staff." Qualifications:
