The Shift Supv I is responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating all phases of mechanical and electrical operations of CTG power plant equipment to ensure continuous, safe, efficient, and economical operation. This includes ensuring personnel safety and asset protection, direct supervision of energy center co-workers and contractors on site, and compliance to all environmental, regulatory, and legal regulations and policies. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. engineering) preferred. Two or more years of relevant power plant experience required with Bachelors Degree; five or more years of relevant power plant required without degree, with preference given for operations experience. Five or more years of relevant heavy industrial experience may be considered, but preference will be given to candidates with power plant experience. Compensation Range: $102,500.00 - $158,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
