Remote, 100% - must be able to be onsite in Abbott Park or North Chicago, IL 60064 for meetings, occasionally, etc - approximately quarterly, or perhaps a bit more often...

Daily Work Schedule Expectations 8:00 to 4:30 CST Monday thru Friday

Top Skills/Experience Needed for each role

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Full cycle recruitment experience - min 2-3+ years in High volume (5+ years recruiting experience preferred), ongoing req load of about 25 at any given time.
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience is a must have.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience would be ideal.
  • Manufacturing recruitment would also be a plus - worked in an environment for recruiting a variety of roles - production/warehouse - light industrial type roles - engineering... work in any of these spaces would be good.
  • Experience in managing requisitions within Taleo/SmartRecruiters ATS.
  • Recruitment of hourly and salary roles through active recruitment and pro-active sourcing methods.
  • Experience managing requisitions thru Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with reporting req statuses outside of ATS.
  • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
  • Building relationships organizationally including Talent, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition peers and leaders
  • Must project a strong business presence and have the ability to instill confidence in clients and to deliver results.
  • Travel Required: Y/N N - however, there may be opportunity to travel to corporate facilities for events/meetings ect. around 10% of the time

Company's Talent Acquisition organization has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to support an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment will be focused on a specific team/function, or other areas as assigned.
  • Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
  • Additional job duties include pre-screening candidates, project management, partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
  • Demonstrate ability to proactively identify, source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
  • Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage SmartRecruiters/Taleo ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends, data and analytics to team members and business leaders.
  • Will prepare and approve offer packages, providing equity & market competitiveness data research.
  • Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
  • Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.
