About the Role:
We are seeking an energized leader, with accounting experience, to drive our Property Management Team. This team manages our $100 Million Dollar real estate portfolio, including a million-dollar insurance program. Collectively, the team ensures the real estate portfolio continues to be well-maintained and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations
- Handle tenant communications, lease agreements, and rent collection
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services
- Monitor budgets and property expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of property management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Expertise in accounting practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
