About the team

Our demand generation team plays a pivotal role in driving growth for Worldpay's embedded payment products and services. Working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, corporate communications, and revenue operations, we create and maintain market interest while building a robust pipeline of potential new customers and identifying cross-sale opportunities.

Through strategic brand awareness initiatives, targeted lead nurturing programs, and delivering valuable insights to key accounts, our team ensures Worldpay remains top-of-mind for prospects throughout their buying journey. We're a collaborative, data-driven team focused on measurable results and sustainable revenue growth.

What you'll own

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, Demand, Partner Marketing, PMM, MOPs, and to design deliver integrated digital solutions for the entirety of the customer lifecycle.

  • Design and implementation of intuitive, accessible, and visually impressive digital interfaces that reflect our brand identity.

  • Work cross functionally with product marketing to influence strategy and development of digital experience for feature releases, upsell offerings, and adoption.

  • Align with BI with RevOps to measure the effectiveness of digital experiences and their impact on business objectives across multiple systems.

  • Create and maintain an ongoing plan for continuous user experience improvements based on user research and business priorities.

  • Stay ahead of digital experience trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

  • Advocate for customer-centric design principles throughout the organization.

  • Transform customer experience by elevating quality across all digital touchpoints, reducing friction points, and implementing personalization strategies that increase satisfaction.

  • Optimize digital engagement by improving key metrics, conversion rates, and developing interactive elements that encourage deeper content interaction.

  • Ensure cross-platform consistency by maintaining brand cohesion across all digital platforms while creating seamless transitions between channels and devices.

  • Drive continuous improvement through web analytics and user testing to translate insights into actionable experience enhancements.

  • Lead digital innovation by implementing emerging technologies and pioneering interaction models that differentiate the company while maintaining exceptional usability.

  • Align organizational efforts by fostering cross-departmental collaboration, securing resources, and demonstrating the business value of exceptional digital experiences.

What you bring

You're a strategic marketer with experience in B2B SaaS and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes. You bring a balance of creativity and analytical skills to optimize campaigns and measure ROI, along with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. You're comfortable working with content management system, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analysis tools.

Most importantly, you're results-oriented, creative in your approach to engaging target audiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your contributions directly impact revenue growth.

  • 5+ years of web-based marketing experience in B2B SaaS

  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and website CRO

  • Deep understanding of digital funnel metrics as it relates to pipeline and revenue generation

  • Design high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma

  • Build and publish fully responsive product landing pages, microsites, and interactive experiences

  • Own the visual layout and design of content-driven pages in WordPress or HubSpot

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, and development teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and performance

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $113,600.00 - $190,900.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.This position is eligible for bonus. The job duties outlined above may be directly, and negatively impacted by a criminal history, which could lead to the withdrawal of a conditional offer. However, all qualified candidates with arrests or convictions will still be considered.
