Our client is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions, helping brands reduce product damage, increase sales, minimize environmental impact, and strengthen their connection with consumers. With an on-site print facility, offsite partners and a wide range of materials and processes, they are well-equipped to meet the diverse packaging needs of their customers. To support the seamless flow of print and packaging projects, our client is seeking an Onsite Graphics Project Manager to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring packaging jobs move smoothly from planning through to press, coordinating a high volume of print projects at various stages of development.

About the Role:

This is a prepress-focused project management role, not a creative PM position. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of prepress processes and print production, along with strong coordination and communication skills. You will be joining a collaborative team of three and will be the point person ensuring graphics projects are completed to specification, on time, and in alignment with both internal and client standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and track graphics project timelines across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide clear, accurate instructions for graphic arts projects to vendors and brand teams to ensure proper press and packaging execution.
• Oversee project tracking and timeline management, balancing client needs with internal priorities.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to support seamless packaging development and execution.
• Apply knowledge of pre-press processes to coordinate effectively with internal and external pre-press teams.
• Maintain a working understanding of printing and packaging production workflows.
• Utilize basic knowledge of color theory and printing processes to support accurate, high-quality outcomes.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4 years as a Graphics Project Management in a print environment
• Ability to manage many projects at various stages of the life cycle
• Knowledge of flexo printing, wide web flexo printing
• Knowledge of: Radius, Esko WebCenter, and Automation Engine,
• Problem solving skills
