Job Title Regulatory Operations Analyst - Secure Room Corporate Title Analyst Location Jacksonville FL Overview The Corporate Trust Operations Secured Room role is responsible for releasing checks to the vendor for printing, printing bonds, Anti-Financial Crime reviews, reconciliations and service validations, document safekeeping, review of internal recordkeeping systems for security principal payments, exchanges, transfers, reregistration's and replacements as required by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation. The role involves time critical, complex and regulated tasks (Control Book, Reg AB, and bond disposition) and working with internal and external parties. Responsible for ad-hoc projects including user access testing, production verification testing and process improvement evaluation and implementation. What We Offer You

Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
