Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a rapidly growing organization at the forefront of transformation and process improvement. Our client is seeking an AP Analyst to join their team and play a key role in standardizing and optimizing AP operations. This high-impact position offers the chance to help build out processes from the ground up in a collaborative, modern office.

Role: AP Analyst
Location: Roswell, GA
Onsite: 100% onsite
Comp: $60,000 - $70,000 annually + bonus
Job Type: Permanent, direct hire

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze and resolve complex AP issues in a high-volume, automated environment
  • Collaborate across teams to improve processes and implement efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to address escalations
  • Prepare reports and support internal/external audits

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of AP experience
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and process improvement skills
  • Proficiency with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
