Temporary Time Entry Coordinator

Job Summary

Temporary role until the end of the year to support time entry and allocation for agency staff within our vendor management system, VNDLY. This individual will be reviewing time entry within the tool and editing and submitting time on behalf of agency team member. They will be utilizing time keeping reports from both API and Kronos to enter time and allocate accordingly. They should be comfortable connecting with leaders with any questions or concerns that arise.

Ideal candidate must have experience with utilizing, interrupting, and managing clinical schedules. They should be proficient in both API and Kronos. They should understand time codes such as On Call, Call Ball, Orientation, etc. Previous experience as a payroll coordinator or staff scheduler preferred.

Essential Functions
  • Initiates independent problem solving and follow-up with contingent labor team, leadership or external vendors as needed. Maintains liaison with all levels of executive administration, and outside organizations. Function as a liaison between external vendors and internal leadership teams.
  • Troubleshoots issues within both Workday and Fieldglass when regarding contingent worker login concerns, timesheets or security access.
  • Facilitates all areas of onboarding of contingent worker inclusive of and not limited to, validation of active legal contract between Corewell Health and vendor with up to date onboarding language, alignment and validation of all required onboarding requirements supplied by vendor, entering contingent worker into Workday system and ensure all compliance modules are complete and loaded properly into active directory, communication between leader, vendor and contingent worker regarding onboarding steps and processes and ensuring security is prepared to issue badge.
  • Perform regular audits on active contingent workers and expiring compliance items.
  • Executes extensions with collaboration of leader and supplier and updating contract end dates within Workday.
Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources, recruiting, sales, or related area.

Preferred

  • Associate's Degree Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field
