The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will serve as the first point of contact for our Direct and MSP partnerships, ensuring exceptional client experiences while driving new business revenue.
Job Summary
This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to Account Management, Relationship Cultivation, and Business Expansion. The SDR will focus on identifying new opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and setting high-value meetings for senior sales executives to position our workforce solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, including Unit Manager, Unit Directors, CNOs, Directors of Nursing, and Administrators.
- Generate new business opportunities for our Senior Sales Team by prospecting potential direct partnerships and uncovering staffing opportunities
- Qualify leads through outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with our workforce solutions and client demands.
- Schedule introductory meetings for Business Relationship Executives and Strategic Partnership Directors.
- Support the execution of sales strategies that align with market trends, client needs, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth.
High-Level Account Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned direct and MSP clients, ensuring long-term engagement and partnership success.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide ongoing market insights, workforce analytics, and recommendations to help clients optimize their staffing strategies.
- Assist in contract negotiations by gathering intelligence on client pain points, budget considerations, and competitive positioning.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor competitor websites for additional opportunities for staffing that have been unreleased to us
- Continuing upsells of our workforce solutions to capture additional opportunity
Client Engagement & Opportunity Capture
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and staffing challenges to position our solutions as a competitive advantage.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, prospecting activities, and sales pipeline progress
- Monitor client performance metrics (fill rates, completion rates, spend trends) and provide strategic recommendations for account growth.
- Represent the company, expand brand visibility, and generate leads.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and book high-value meetings for senior executives.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, prioritizing client needs, and identifying revenue-driving opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
