Ameresco has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all warehouse operations adhere to quality control standards and procedures.
  • Inspecting and testing products to verify they meet quality specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
  • Identifying and addressing recurring quality issues and collaborating with teams to resolve them.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse
  • Training warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Communicating quality issues and concerns to customers and management.
  • Conducting regular audits to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor employees, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience performing warehouse and materials handling, inventory management
  • Valid Drivers License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Physical ability to bend, reach, climb, and lift 100+ lbs. without assistance.
  • Strong verbal, written, computer communication (MS Office) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
