Job Description JOB TITLE:Commercial Analytics Senior Manager LOCATION:50 Northern Ave. Boston, MA 02210 OPENINGS:1 DUTIES:The Commercial Analytics Senior Manager will be responsible for driving insights activities. The insights are used to track business performance and provide key data to inform business decisions. The Senior Manager will typically partner with their manager on key projects and will lead data pipelining and analysis. Executes a range of moderately complex data analysis and market research projects. Conducts all data engineering, exploration, visualization and analyses. For analytics projects run by external partners or vendors, collaborates on the underlying analytical process and pressure test the outputs from external partners or vendors. Partners with internal stakeholders to shape the business objectives, collaborates with external partners and vendor to devise the best methodological approach and manage the execution of the project. Builds strong presentations independently and clearly articulates actionable findings and implications. Maintains a database of data and insights resources available to the team. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Programming, Business, or Sciences or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Analytics Senior Manager-related occupation. Position requires demonstrable experience in the following: Running analyses as well as partnering with analytics professionals and interpreting results. Navigating through ambiguity, particularly in refining business questions from stakeholders; able to effectively structure problems and solution approaches based on experience and precedent. Writing code leveraging programming languages including SQL, VBA, R, SAS, and Python. Creating understandable visualizations of extracted data utilizing Tableau. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%. EOE. #LI-DNI Pay Range: $136,000 - $204,000 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
