Position Description We are seeking an Associate Director of Regional Marketing, Infectious Disease - North America, based in Germantown (GTN), Maryland, to play a pivotal role in transforming immune response diagnostics, with a strategic focus on QIAGEN's flagship tuberculosis test, QuantiFERON-TB. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer with a strong foundation in marketing to clinical laboratories and healthcare professionals, with a focus on infectious disease, public health or immune response diagnostics. You will lead strategic marketing execution across the North American region, driving adoption and utilization of the gold standard in latent TB testing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead go-to-market strategy and regional marketing execution to accelerate adoption and usage of QuantiFERON-TB as the gold standard in latent TB testing. - Develop and execute regional marketing plans and activities in conjunction with global marketing that align with North America regional customer needs and local healthcare dynamics. - Drive adoption and demand across diverse customer segments including clinical labs, health systems, public health networks, clinics, and healthcare professionals. - Act as the Voice of the Customer, capturing clinical, commercial, and competitive insights to shape global product and marketing strategy, product positioning and future development. - Drive commercial enablement activities, including executing training, developing impactful sales tools, and nurturing activities to accelerate sales funnel - Work strategically and collaboratively with industry and commercial partners to execute co-marketing and sales initiatives. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to build customer engagement programs and increase product adoption. - Develop and implement value-based pricing strategies reflecting the product's clinical and economic value in the North American market. - Set, monitor and report out on KPIs - continuously optimizing marketing efforts for stronger impact and ROI Position Requirements - Background in infectious disease, public health or immune response diagnostics, with extensive experience marketing to clinical laboratories and healthcare professionals. - 5-8 years of experience in clinical diagnostics marketing roles, preferably within IVD products. - Experience in tuberculosis diagnostics, screening or patient management ideal. Prior experience in sales also ideal but not required. - Strategic, cross-functional collaborator with a track record of successful product launches and commercial impact. - Passionate about advancing patient care through diagnostic innovation. - Excellent presentation skills and training experience, with a proven ability to educate and engage diverse audiences both virtually and in-person. - Experience recruiting and working with Key Opinion Leaders to produce educational content and product presentations.
