Overview LMI is seeking a Lead Technical Solution Architect to assist a United States Army client in leading technical projects for operational platforms across multiple enclaves, supporting application development teams, overseeing integration of prototype technologies, and managing overall technical delivery. This position requires an active Secret clearance. Responsibilities As a Lead Technical Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in the program, requiring a unique combination of leadership, subject matter expertise, business development, organizational strategy, and project management. In this challenging and multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for a range of key activities including: Working with government solution architects in operating technical infrastructure that applications will run on (Platform as a Service - PaaS). Additionally, you will be responsible for requirements and tools needed to support emerging technologies for various lines of effort across the organization, designing testing, deployment and configuration management processes. Leadership: Lead and mentor a group of talented engineers with varying levels of experience and background; shape an abstract problem into a solvable and tractable problem for the team; lead customer engagement, discovery and framing; and participate in corporate initiatives as needed/requested. You will develop product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and prioritize feature development based on customer demands. All this while being agile and generating buy-in for product vision with both senior leadership and customer stakeholders. Technical: Deep experience with a large variety of technical tools and capabilities, such as: cloud computing, army software development, DevSecOps, front-end development, back-end development, API architecture, event streaming, cloud and local databases and overall application development best practices. You will be expected to have the ability to architect a solution for future scalability, extensibility and varying use cases while working with the customer to stay ahead of requirements or adapt to growth at a future state. Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of high-quality deliverables, on time and within budget, while establishing project efficiencies and managing key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, to include advising on the appropriate mix of capabilities, solutions/tools, and approaches to address client requirements. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues, and work with product operations administrators to meet programmatic, financial, and technical goals. Administration: Comply with all administrative corporate reporting and compliance requirements. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
