The School of Public Affairs and Administration invites applications for lecturer faculty to teach a variety of public and nonprofit management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels during Fall 2025. The successful candidate will cover the full range of duties associated with teaching, including, but not limited to, preparing course material; creating and posting a course syllabus; presenting material during the assigned course times; holding office hours and providing appropriate out-of-class time for students; responding to student e-mails; conducting and grading assessments of students through assignments, exams, and other means, in a timely manner; and submitting final grades. Course appointments may require instruction during the day, on evenings, on weekends, or online. |

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
Faculty are expected to have graduated from a Masters or PhD program in Public Administration or an affiliated field. Candidates with a Masters degree should also possess significant experience as a practitioner in the subject matter. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated evidence of past teaching effectiveness and considerable professional experience in public or nonprofit sectors. |
