This role uniquely combines deep technical program management expertise with a strong focus on partner enablement, development, and success. The ideal candidate will excel at data reporting and analytics, deep experience in building and streamlining processes, and leading a team of technical program managers and program operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Define clear program objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics; maintain accountability throughout program execution.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, channel, and solution engineering teams to ensure executive alignment and communications across the organization.
  • Lead a small team of technical program managers and program operations specialists.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to drive the creation of new processes and streamline and rearchitect existing inefficient processes.
  • Create and lead comprehensive channel enablement programs, including presenting at partner conferences and driving thought leadership whilst advocating for the initiatives that they're leading.
  • Drive partner onboarding, education, and technical competency programs to ensure partners effectively install, configure, and support Verkada solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners through regular engagement, joint planning, and performance management to maximize partner success and quality of install.
  • Experience in data visualization, manipulation, automation, and reporting, including extracting data from APIs for the purposes of making data driven decisions based largely on quantitative facts.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and channel partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on technical capabilities and partner expectations.
  • Regularly provide feedback to internal teams based on partner insights to help inform go-to-market strategies and key investment areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing technical programs, preferably within cloud, security, SaaS, or related technology domains. Experience managing global or regional partner programs is a big plus.
  • 3+ years of experience directly leading people.

  • Proven experience in channel development, partner enablement, or strategic partner management within a technology-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional technical projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and business stakeholders. Prepare executive communications, dashboards, project plans, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed about milestones and risks.
