Location: Fully Onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Potential to Convert to Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Trainee to support local sales efforts and gain hands-on experience in customer interaction, technical coordination, and outside sales development.
This is a fully onsite role with light local travel and the opportunity to grow into a full-time outside sales position.

What You'll Do
Support sales reps by visiting customer sites (local travel, ~5%)
Handle inbound customer calls and assist with product questions
Communicate with technicians on the warehouse floor to verify parts and service needs
Coordinate customer service tasks using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Participate in outside sales training and learn key product terminology (e.g., Goodwin Flight Pumps)
Prepare for field travel: Must obtain DOT medical card and have a valid MVR
Follow safety protocols and wear PPE including safety boots

What We're Looking For
1+ year of Salesforce experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills (phone-based work included)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to work in a sales-focused role with a hands-on approach
Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment
Knowledge of site plans, construction management, and dewatering pump terminology is a plus.

Additional Requirements
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR
Safety boots required (PPE will be provided as needed)
