The National Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness and generating demand through strategic marketing initiatives in close collaboration with their assigned Account Manager(s) and Partners. This role is centered on planning and executing impactful lead generation campaigns and events that build partner mindshare, while ensuring all activities are aligned with brand standards and budget requirements. Success in this role requires a strong blend of creativity, attention to detail, organizational agility, and flawless execution, along with an ability to build and manage relationships while maintaining professionalism.

The National Partner Marketing Manager will report to the Director, National Partner Marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties



  • Support the National Partner Account Managers by providing necessary sales and marketing tools such as media, training documents, merchandise, etc.
  • Oversee logistics for campaigns, events and conferences, including budget management, contract negotiation, and promotional material.
  • Travel to serve as an additional informational resource to distribute product knowledge, increase brand awareness, build relationships, and manage onsite event execution.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to measure program and event effectiveness, analyze results, and ensure follow-up
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders-including Field Marketing, High-Value Events, Product Marketing, and Creative Teams-is essential to ensuring cohesive and impactful execution across all marketing efforts.
  • Manage MDF processing/claims support for owned areas



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years related experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships with peers, resellers and customers
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, innovative and capable of multitasking under strict deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly based on changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Willingness to travel within North America 25-40% of the time

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $133,900 - $150,000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company's discretion
