Equipment Operator/Technician

Location: Three Rivers, TX
Pay: $20-$22/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)
Schedule: 7 Days On, 7 Days Off Rotating Days and Nights

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Equipment Operator/Technician to support our Thermal Operations in Three Rivers, TX. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have experience with centrifuge and injection well operations, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Job:

• Safely operate heavy equipment (Excavators, ADT's, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts) for material handling.

• Perform daily or per-shift equipment cleaning, along with pre- and post-operation inspections and report any maintenance needs.

• Assist in thermal operations, including monitoring and controlling process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flows.

• Manage truck traffic and oversee the unloading of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks in designated pits.

• Assist with washouts of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks.

• On planned outages work as a team to deliver results.

• Meet deadlines on pending repairs to run out operations efficiently.

• Follow safety regulations and attend daily meetings.

Requirements:

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
