A Day in the Life: The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies, administering bill-backs and other promotional programs, managing contracts, and providing accurate and timely quotes to customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing: * Bill-back Management: o Validate customer bill-back claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. o Reconcile bill-back payments and resolve any discrepancies. o Analyze bill-back trends and identify potential issues or opportunities. o Communicate effectively with customers regarding bill-back inquiries. o Monitor and report on key pricing metrics, such as margin and revenue. * Contract Management: o Review and interpret customer contracts, ensuring pricing and terms are accurate and compliant. o Review and manage customer contract balances and usage. o Maintain contract records and track key dates and milestones. o Collaborate with Sales and Customer to book new contracts. * Quoting: o Develop and deliver accurate and timely quotes to customers, considering factors such as product cost, market conditions, and customer requirements. o Follow up on quotes and maintain a record of quote activity. o Utilize pricing tools and systems to generate quotes efficiently. * Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with Sales, Customers, Contracting Team, Billback Processing Team, Pricing and other internal departments to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and initiatives. o Communicate effectively with customers regarding pricing, contracts, and bill-backs. Skills/Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. * 2-4 years of experience in pricing analysis, contract management, or related field.
