Provide assistance to the legal staff through the exercise of professional skill and expertise. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Paralegal certification or 2 years paralegal experience (in addition to experience required below). Minimum Experience Five (5) years paralegal experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced knowledge of Legal process and systems. Advanced research, organization, human relations, communications and computer skills. Excellent research and writing skills. Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Job Conditions Hours may vary due to organizational need. Some travel required. Preferred Qualifications: Litigation Paralegal supports trial attorneys engaged in all aspects of complex litigation, including: document management, drafting and filing responsive pleadings, engaging in discovery and law and motion practice, trial and appellate practice. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
