We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director on our Global Internal Recruiting team. This person will lead, manage, and inspire a team of Recruiters and Managers to deliver against internal hiring strategies and drive both short and long-term internal mobility initiatives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with a strong commitment to fostering career growth and ensuring the collective and individual success of their team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to streamline and facilitate internal mobility and fill open roles with the best internal talent.

  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR business partners, compensation and Talent Delivery teams as a trusted advisor on internal talent mobility strategies and execution.

  • Create a strong sense of team unity and engagement by building recruiter capability in areas such as business acumen, internal consulting, and influencing skills.

  • Support and champion career development for the team, demonstrating a commitment to their individual success and long-term growth.

  • Create and execute a robust internal recruitment strategy to effectively achieve hiring goals through accurate capacity planning and strong team leadership.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified internal candidates by promoting career opportunities, facilitating developmental conversations, and partnering with managers on talent mapping.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of internal mobility hiring strategies, focusing on metrics such as internal fill rate, time-to-fill, and candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Participate in and drive projects to streamline internal talent processes and make a strong impact on both your own team and the overall recruiting organization.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures governing promotions, transfers, and employee movement.

  • Foster a positive, transparent, and equitable experience for all internal candidates, promoting a company culture that values growth from within.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal mobility, career pathing, and talent management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment is a must.

  • Proven experience in a recruiting leadership role, managing a team of recruiters and managers partnering with senior executives. Experience in internal mobility, talent development, or HR business partnership is strongly preferred.

  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual hiring goals while staying focused on an exceptional client management and candidate experience.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to build relationships and understand the talent needs of the business.

  • Results-driven individual with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Strong operational experience in reporting and data analysis to drive strategy and achieve quarterly hiring goals.

  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to key executives, establishing credibility and building trust with your team, cross-functional partners and client groups.

  • Proven success leading, motivating, and inspiring a team to achieve great results.

  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to accurately forecast and help the team drive effective internal recruitment strategies.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and internal talent marketplace platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
