Overview Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. PSI is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager (PM) / Operations Center Manager to serve as the single point of contact for all contractor activities supporting the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) under this task order. This position is responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of all Service Desk (SD), Network Operations Center (NOC), and Network Operations & Security Center (NOSC) operations to ensure performance, compliance, and mission continuity. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with the USSS PM and Program Office, ensuring clear communication, planning, and coordination of contractor activities.
