Environmental Remediation Engineer

Your Responsibilities as an Engineer 1:

• Collect soil, surface water, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor air samples
• Routine operation and maintenance of remediation systems
• Use and maintain field monitoring equipment
• Conduct site inspections at active construction and industrial sites for stormwater and environmental purposes.
• Gather and manage data electronic
• Draft template reports
• Actively develop your own professional growth

What we're looking for:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering (EIT preferred)
• 0-3 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and manage your own schedule
• Experience with data management and report preparation preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Safety minded. Experience with safety programs and safe work practices, preferred.
• Willingness to travel for up to one week at a time
• Flexibility to work more than 8-hour days as needed
• Physical ability to be on feet for more than 8 hours with breaks and to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capability to work outdoors year-round
• Willingness to travel to remote project sites
• Valid driver's license, good driving history, and access to reliable transportation are required
