Position Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Wage: $20.00 - $24.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has a great opportunity available for a Production Supervisor at a company in Milton, WI. This is a direct hire position for 2nd shift. Apply today! Production Supervisor Responsibilities: - Assist in the training of new employees - Set schedules for employees and make machine assignments - Confirm equipment is set up in accordance with job specifications - In conjunction with Quality Assurance, ensure that high quality standards are maintained through all phases of production - Ensure that production standards are met, evaluate hourly machine counts and make adjustments to improve productivity - Complete and deliver employee performance evaluations on company schedule - Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching as required, including working with HR to develop and deliver employee improvement plans and disciplinary actions - Complete special projects as requested by Plant Manager Requirements for Production Supervisor: - High School Diploma or GED - At least one year of supervisory experience - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required - Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF writeable software - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Able to adjust quickly, in a fast-paced environment - Focused on teamwork and able to help resolve conflict and de-escalate tense situations Benefits: - Perfect attendance bonus - Shift premium - Medical coverage - Dental and vision coverage - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - 401k saving plan with company match - Paid vacation - Paid holidays IND345 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
