Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Process Optimization - Payment Services

Seeking a dynamic and results driven lead analyst to join our Payment Services team. This role will be instrumental in driving critical business and systems process improvements and delivering key end-to-end solutions across the Payment Services function. In particular, the position will play a key role in the Company's Procure-to-Pay ERP cloud migration project over the duration of the assignment, as a key representative of the Payment Services and related Treasury business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, including process and systems transformation experience, a passion for driving operational excellence, and the ability to influence change across cross-functional teams.

Location: Orrville, OH Corporate Offices

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

• Lead the identification, prioritizing, planning, and execution of process improvement initiatives within Payment Services, with a focus on end-to-end process optimization and improving the automation of current manual processes.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Information Services, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and Internal Audit to drive sustainable change. Participate in project meetings and key activities to advocate for business requirements.

• Collaborate with external vendors, banks, and project implementation partners to ensure efficient and effective coordination among internal and external teams.

• Provide regular project and priority status updates to the Senior Manager and Treasurer, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure internal controls and compliance procedures are embedded in all process improvements to mitigate operational risks. This includes implementing additional controls in existing processes to address identified gaps and reduce the volume of manual corrections and verification steps.

• Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for the Payment Services function.

• Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, including actively supporting training and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

• Assist the Senior Manager and Treasurer with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required (Accounting, Finance, or Information Services degree strongly preferred)

• 7 years relevant project management and/or process improvement experience

• Experience interacting with business customers and stakeholders at all levels of an organization

• Ability to prioritize and work within tight timelines and meet project deadlines

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Ability to work on a cross-functional team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to think critically and conceptually, including clear analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to adjust to non-routine tasks and quick changes to project plans and priorities

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

• Accounts Payable experience preferred

• Oracle experience a plus
