The Director of Sales-AIS is responsible for leading a diverse team of experienced Investment and Insurance licensed sales professionals, to create and provide comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to clients' specific needs for the Associated Investment Services (AIS) business line. This sales leader must have a high level of leadership experience providing an inclusive approach to wealth advice and management, including: investment management; insurance services; trust; and estate, retirement, and financial planning services in a well-coordinated manner. This includes coaching individual Financial Advisors, while partnering with Risk and Compliance teams. Proven success coaching direct and indirect reports to properly identify, position, and include private wealth, trust investment management thought leadership, private banking as well as retirement planning services to ensure alignment to proper segment alignment that fortifies our brand promise and influence. This role is responsible for the achievement of line of business sales and revenue targets as well as key performance metrics across multiple markets.This role will develop and execute market growth strategies while collaborating across all Associated Bank lines of business, ensuring substantial gain in revenue share, net promoter scores, colleague and client engagement and retention in assigned market, by leveraging a "One Associated Private Wealth, One Associated Bank" strategy approach. This includes aligning behaviors to a consistent sales management process, accelerating our pipeline closing success, and leveraging marketing campaigns and CRM systems. Role will be responsible for collaborating with consumer, commercial and business banking leaders to deepen existing bank client relationships into Associated Investment Services / Private Wealth at an accelerated pace, while promoting Associated Bank's associated products and solutions. The ultimate goal is to accelerate our clients' sense of fulfillment in their lives through effective financial planning and comprehensive team-based solutions customized to their needs, wants and wishes. Provide comprehensive sales management for the purpose of achieving the sales and profitability targets. Assist the sales associates to fully understand the product features and benefits, and coach for sales success. Coordinate supervisory principal activities such as branch office and registered representative examinations and continuing education programs for the investment/securities related activities. This position requires at minimum, a check of criminal background and credit records as a FINRA registered position.
