The Carolina Panthers are looking for a rising creative star to join our team as a Graphic Designer Intern! You'll collaborate with a close-knit team of designers, video editors, and marketers to bring the Panthers brand to life - one project at a time. Whether you're laying out social graphics, building campaign concepts, or experimenting with motion, you'll be doing meaningful, real-world work that gets seen by fans across the league. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in producing and designing content for revenue driving campaigns, presentations and other projects for sponsorship, marketing, ticketing, and other departments within the organization
- Work within the brand standards of Tepper Sports & Entertainment subsidiaries to create layouts that reinforce brand style and voice across various visual touchpoints
- Assign in generating clear ideas, concepts, and design of creative assets from beginning to end
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or actively pursuing post-secondary education or equivalent experience and have interest and/or prior sports or entertainment industry experience
- Knowledge of and/or prior work in sports business sector is a plus
- Knowledge of design techniques and emerging technologies
- Expertise in current graphic design practices, including fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and proficiency in Lightroom, Outlook and Microsoft Office on MAC platform
- Must always maintain professional attitude and be receptive to project changes
- Ability to work flexible hours including all game weekends, nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements
- Perform physical activities such as setting up for an event or producing print mocks
- Standing, sitting, and working at desk on a computer
- Walking throughout the stadium
- Lift at least 25 pounds
- Travel less than 20%
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions) and remotely as assigned by management and based on current business needs.
