Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our New York team as a vital member of our global sales organization at Money20/20. Core Responsibilities Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets and performance indicators Spearhead new business expansion across diverse revenue streams, with focus on strategic markets and sectors targeted for brand development Collaborate with product teams to identify and develop revenue opportunities based on market demands Secure and conduct meetings with senior-level prospects, deliver executive presentations, create proposals, draft contracts, and actively network within the industry Craft detailed, customized commercial solutions drawing from the Money20/20 portfolio Successfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts in a timely manner Coordinate effectively with internal departments including marketing, creative, and finance teams Serve as a relationship builder who actively prevents organizational silos and ensures inclusive collaboration Join us in shaping the future of the global financial ecosystem through meaningful connections and innovative solutions.
