Position Summary

The RN Clinic Regional Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of multiple outpatient departments within the Medical Academics business unit. This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, including clinic operations, marketing, finance, employee relations, and information systems. The RN Clinic Regional Manager works closely with leadership, staff, and clinicians across Medical Academics to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care by upholding clinical standards, maintaining staff competencies, and budget alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports daily operations, in conjunction with clinic managers, across multiple outpatient clinics to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
  • Develops and implements processes to enhance clinical performance and improve patient care outcomes.
  • Monitors and supports budgetary goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborates with clinic managers to provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Interprets and integrates organizational policies into clinic workflows to ensure seamless administrative and clinical operations.
  • Partners with senior leadership to analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in nursing required.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Five (5) years of ambulatory clinical experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in graduate medical education environment (GME).
  • Consideration may be made for internal candidates who do not meet all of the above requirements.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $144,144.00 - $199,056.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
