The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $164,480.00 to $205,600.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Overview:

We are a leading wine and spirits company seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead our Revenue Growth Management team. This role is critical in driving financial performance and growth across all brands and regions in the U.S. The Finance Director will manage a team of five professionals, overseeing macro brand reviews and ensuring effective investment and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Evaluation and Optimization :Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities to maximize returns and support strategic business objectives. Benchmark investment utilization across different states and propose a standardizes approach to the total US.
  • Creation of Promotional Calendars: Implementation of studies around timing of promotions in order to develop a gold standard by brand. Main outcome is to promote at scale nationally.
  • Pricing Execution Roadmap:Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing execution roadmap to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.
  • Pricing Structures:Design and maintain effective pricing structures that align with market dynamics and business goals.
  • Pure price analysis:Execute pure price analysis to understand impact of decision in current fiscal and a 12-month period. Responsible for understanding volume rate mix analysis across the United States.
  • Communication with Portfolio Finance: Create a communication cadence with Portfolio Finance to ensure flow of live feedback in regard to market challenges and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
  • Experience:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a finance-related role, with a strong background in revenue growth management.
  • Liquor industry experience
  • Skills:
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
