Genesis10 is seeking a Client Services Associate with our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a contract-to-hire position and will work onsite 5 days per week. This position pays $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level. Summary and responsibilities: Assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment management, banking, and loan products throughout the life of an account. Support client facing teams nationwide, in cash disbursements and supporting functions. Executes activities associated with facilitating cash movement for Wealth Management clients on IM and banking platforms Review documentation to ensure compliance with risk and compliance procedures Enter transactional details to facilitate cash movement Outgoing cash movement includes foreign and domestic wires, ACH, checks and internal transfers Foster strong partnership with client facing staff nationwide Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes Various project support tasks Required skills: highly organized and able to prioritize a large account load in a fast-paced environment Experienced user of Microsoft Office products Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency Ability to work independently and in a team setting Self-motivated and driven associate who wants to learn Preferred skills: Familiarity with cash distributions is a plus If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
